Product Description

3PCS Pneumatic Forged Steel Trunnion Fixed Ball Valve

Pneumatic Fixed Ball Valve

Pneumatic ball valves are designed with upper and lower stem fixed valve cores (shaft supports) and movable sealing seats. Work is more stable. Equipped with automatic compensation function, the bi-directional sealed valve seat has significant shear force and self-cleaning function during rotation, with no gap between the two.

For full bore valves, the aperture (i.e. the hole in the ball) is the same as the inner diameter of the pipeline, while the aperture of the reducing valve is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipeline it is in.

Full bore ball valves are used in valuable places with low flow resistance, such as on pump suction pipes, where pressure drop can affect pump performance. They are also used in flows containing mixed liquids and solids, where flow restrictions can cause material separation, leading to accumulation and reducing flow in pipelines.

Product Features

⚙️
1. Pneumatic Actuation:

Allows for precise, automatic control of fluid flow, reducing the need for manual intervention and improving system automation.

✂️
2. Shear Force Resistance:

The V-incision metal seat design allows the valve to handle fiber and small solid particles, such as pulp, without compromising sealing performance, ensuring smooth operation even with challenging media.

🎯
3. Precise Flow Control:

This valve provides precise regulation and reliable positioning, with roughly equal percentage flow characteristics, capable of precise flow control, and an impressive 100:1 adjustable ratio, suitable for a variety of applications.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the main advantages of a trunnion fixed ball valve?
The trunnion design utilizes fixed valve cores and movable sealing seats, which provides much higher stability during operation and ensures effective sealing even at high pressures.
How does the pneumatic actuation improve efficiency?
Pneumatic actuation allows for automatic, remote, and precise control of the valve. This reduces manual labor, increases response speed, and integrates seamlessly into industrial automation systems.
Can this valve handle media containing solid particles?
Yes, the V-incision metal seat design provides significant shear force, allowing the valve to cut through fibers and manage small solid particles like pulp without damaging the seal.
What is the difference between full bore and reducing bore options?
Full bore valves have an internal aperture equal to the pipe diameter, resulting in minimal flow resistance. Reducing bore valves have a smaller aperture and are typically used where flow resistance is less critical.
What temperature ranges can the seals withstand?
The temperature capability depends on the seal type: Hard seals can handle temperatures from -40ºC to 300ºC, while soft seals are rated for -40ºC to 180ºC.
What is the standard warranty period for these valves?
These valves come with a standard 12-month warranty period starting from the date of delivery.
