3 Pieces Electric Cast Steel Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve
The electric ball valve is designed with upper and lower fixed cores (shaft supports) and movable sealing seats to ensure more stable operation. It has an automatic compensation function, allowing the bidirectional sealing seat to apply strong cutting force and self-cleaning during rotation without gaps. For full bore valves, the aperture inside the ball matches the diameter of the pipeline; For reducing valves, the aperture is smaller than the diameter of the connected pipeline.
Full end ball valves are valuable for low flow resistance applications, such as in pump suction pipelines where pressure drop can affect pump performance. They are also used in fluids containing mixed liquids and solids; In these cases, flow restrictions can lead to material separation and the formation of sediment, thereby reducing the flow in the pipeline.
