RPZ Valve
Key Features:
Tungsten Carbide (TC) alloy balls are manufactured using high-hardness refractory metal carbides (WC, TiC) micron powder. These are bonded with Cobalt (Co), Nickel (Ni), or Molybdenum (Mo) in vacuum or hydrogen reduction furnaces.
| Grade | Binder Content | Hardness (HRA) | Density (g/cm³) | T.R.S (MPa) | Application Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| YG6 | 6% Co | 91 | 14.6-15.0 | 1600 | Excellent wear resistance for pumps and valves. |
| YG8 | 8% Co | 89 | 14.4-14.8 | 1800 | High shock resistance; ideal for mining and bearings. |
| YG6x | 6% Co | 92 | 14.6-15.0 | 1850 | Sub-micro alloy with high wear and toughness. |
| YN6 | 6% Ni | 90 | 14.5-14.9 | 1450 | Superior corrosion resistance for high-temperature use. |
| YN9 | 9% Ni | 88 | 14.4-14.8 | 1900 | Balanced shock and corrosion resistance. |
