Frequently Asked Questions
What materials are available for the plastic balls?
We offer plastic balls in several high-performance materials, including Polypropylene (PP), Nylon (PA66), POM (Delrin), and PTFE, each suited for different industrial needs.
Do any of your plastic balls float in water?
Yes, the Polypropylene (PP) balls have a density of approximately 0.85g/cm³, which is less than water, making them ideal for floating capacity requirements.
What is the temperature range for PTFE balls?
PTFE balls are highly stable and can be used continuously in a wide temperature range from -180°C up to 350°C.
Which material is best for chemical resistance?
While all our plastic balls offer good stability, PTFE and PP balls provide exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, and various chemical solvents.
What size ranges do you provide?
Our standard size range is from 1mm to 60mm for basic specifications, with specific material ranges typically covering Φ2.381mm to Φ38.1mm.
What precision grades are available?
We provide precision grades from G0 to G3, with tolerances as tight as ±0.01mm to 0.05mm depending on your requirements.
