Our float balls undergo three rigorous testing projects before shipping:

1. 100-degree hot water testing.
2. High-pressure testing for more than 8 hours.
3. Helium mass spectrometer detection equipment for final testing.

This process ensures 100% no leakage from the float balls. For normal sizes, we maintain a large stock allowing for delivery within 2-3 days. For custom orders, samples are typically offered within 25-30 days for confirmation before final production starts.
