RPZ Valve
Standard: American (SISI201), Japanese (SUS201), German (1.4372)
Application: Widely used in hardware industries, handicrafts, plastic products, lamps, motorcycle parts, luggage, and bearings.
Characteristics: Austenitic steel, non-magnetic, excellent performance with hardness HRC≤28. (Note: Not suitable for high anti-rust requirements like seawater).
Application: Medical equipment, chemical, aviation, perfume bottles, sprayers, valves, motors, auto parts, and precision instruments.
Characteristics: Generally non-magnetic (may become slightly magnetic after processing), HRC ≤ 26. Excellent rust and corrosion resistance.
Comparison: 304L offers stronger anti-rust performance and superior polishing for high surface requirements.
Application: Special industries like medical equipment, chemical, aerospace, body accessories, and mobile phone components.
Characteristics: Austenitic steel, HRC ≤ 26. Superior anti-corrosion performance compared to 304. 316L is softer and tougher, often used for jewelry/body accessories.
Application: High precision industries: motorcycle parts, pulleys, stainless steel bearings, plastic bearings, and petroleum valves.
Characteristics: Martensitic steel (stainless iron), magnetic, high hardness of HRC 50-55, good rust resistance.
